The site uses no ad trackers, no third-party or cross-site tracking, and no tracking cookies. For analytics we use anonymized, server-side-only visit counting, with no personal information stored.
For North Carolina learner-permit driving, the supervising driver generally must be a parent, grandparent, guardian, or another responsible person approved by the parent, guardian, or NCDMV, and must have been licensed for at least five years.
